Company Information

The Hub Power Company Limited ("Hubco") was first incorporated in Pakistan as a Limited Liability Company in 1991.

The purpose of Hubco has been to undertake the design, construction, finance and ownership of the Hub power station and to ensure its performance under the network of agreements which were concluded with the Government of Pakistan under a thirty year franchise, and with its contractors.

Hubco is listed on the Karachi and Luxembourg Stock Exchanges; it has a Board of sixteen directors who are reresentatives of the leading sponsors, international and local investors and financial institutions, twelve of whom are elected.
